ABOUT ME
I’m Scott Ross, a Personal Trainer in Edinburgh. I hear every day that we’re in the middle of an obesity epidemic and that our health is a ticking time bomb.
I know how hard it is to stay in shape while balancing career, family and social pressures; I’ve lived it in my previous career.
I’m now a father of three and I’ve turned my lifestyle upside down, determined that my kids will have a healthy role model to look up to. And I can show you how to do the same.
